| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of the products ordered and will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Post Recorded Delivery service at a cost of £2.45. Heavy items will be dispatched via Parcel Force Next Day service at a cost of £10.00. Deliveries within the UK are sent by First Class Post Recorded Delivery (unless requested otherwise) and should be received within two working days, but please allow seven days from dispatch. Royal Mail and Parcel Force handle all of our deliveries. Please note that deliveries are made to the delivery address you supply to us. Re-dispatch of any returned orders may incur an additional delivery charge. Overseas Deliveries We are able to supply orders to most countries worldwide. Delivery charges will depend on the weight of your order and the destination and we will confirm the delivery charge at the checkout page, before you confirm payment of your order. All orders are sent by recorded delivery and a signature will be needed upon receipt of your goods. Certain individual countries place restrictions on the types of products that may be posted into them. We will inform you individually if there are any problems Next Day Delivery: Crawford Pharmaceuticals offers guaranteed delivery on the next working day for a small additional charge of: up to 500g £4.50, up to 1kg £5.70. |
| Delivery Schedule All orders received before 1:00pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) will usually be dispatched to you within two working days anywhere in the UK. Orders for large quantities or special requests may take up to seven working days. If stock is unavailable at the time of ordering, you will be contacted within five working hours. Please provide relevant contact details. | Back Orders Stock Items Items held in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours of us receiving your order. If you have ordered a number of items, these will be dispatched as they become available. We will not hold up your entire order waiting for an out-of-stock item or new release to arrive in stock. Out of Stock Items In most cases, out-of-stock items are on order from the manufacturers. When we receive the product, we will ship it to you promptly. If your order is not ready to ship within 10 days, we will send you an update via e-mail. If for any reason we determine that an ordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by e-mail, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our website. We will refund your payment for this item or you may select an alternative product of the same value. |

| Returns Policy At Crawford Pharmaceuticals we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, all you have to do is return it to us in good condition and unopened (seals intact) within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. We will be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return is a result of our error or a defect (see below).
